You will benefit from private covered parking, all on completely fenced land. The cottage is adjoining the owners' house and you will have a separate entrance.
The cottage is entirely on one level. You will enter through the perfectly equipped kitchen area, opening onto a large living room area with TV, pellet stove, reversible air conditioning, wifi and convertible sofa (1 person). A bathroom with shower and WC.
You will benefit from a 15m² bedroom with a large 160x200 bed with desk, ideal for teleworking.
