On the edge of the Loire Atlantique, 30 minutes are enough to take a trip to Guérande with its salt marshes and discover the seaside resort of La Baule and its immense beach.
The cottage is located on the 1st floor of the owners' house, it is accessible by a private exterior staircase. The apartment offers you: a living room (kitchen/living room/lounge) opening onto the balcony, 1 small bedroom (1 140 x 190 bed), a bathroom (walk-in shower) and a separate toilet . The 9m² west-facing balcony has an electric barbecue. The washing machine is located in a laundry room on the ground floor of the owners' house. Parking space in the owners' enclosed courtyard, fully secure (electric gate).
