- A shared 20x20m swimming pool, unheated. The pool is open from around June to October and there is also a children's pool. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.

The flat is ideally located in La Londe-les-Maures, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
