It can comfortably accommodate 2 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a bright 19 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a shower room and a balcony where you can enjoy the sea air. - Sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 19 m² with TV, free Wifi, bench, double bed (140×200) and premium mattress that goes up to the ceiling to clear the space) and dining area. Sheets and towels included.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, combined microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates, nespresso...
- A bathroom with shower, toilet and towel dryer.

Exterior:
- A terrace of about 5.5 m², with furniture to enjoy the exceptional view of the Mediterranean.

The apartment is ideally located in front of the sea in Canet Plage, in a very pleasant environment within a dynamic district during the day and calm at night. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to the artisanal market, stores, excellent restaurants, bars...

Activities :
- Various activities such as the aquarium "Oniria", the beach, beach clubs, a superb mini-golf, boat and sea scooter rentals, parasailing, tennis/padel, hiking, numerous bike tours, Olympic swimming pool, skiing in winter, tourist activities all year round.
- Starting point for many exceptional sites: Collioure at 30mn, Spain at 45mn, the mountains and the ski slopes at 1h30, Barcelona at 2h30, etc...

Transportation :
- You will be able to park directly on the private numbered parking of the apartment (for small car or 2 motorcycles).
- Nearest train station : Perpignan (15 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée (20 minutes by car)

Other remarks :
- Work to embellish the seafront will take place at the bottom of the building until May 2025, and may cause some inconvenience during the day. However, all shops will be open and easily accessible, and everything will be in place for you to enjoy the seafront while strolling around safely and easily.
- Sheets and towels included.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it as you found it, clean appliances after use, empty garbage cans and fridge, and collect all your personal belongings (food, hygiene products, etc.).
- Free Wifi available (fiber optic).
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
- The accommodation is not suitable for babies (no cot available) and with the configuration of the studio it is very difficult to install a decent bed for a baby.
