The Gîte: A spacious 130 m² apartment, perfect for accommodating up to 9 people. Renovated in 2016, it combines modern comfort with traditional charm. With three elegant bedrooms, an extra bed, and a convertible sofa, every detail is designed to ensure quality rest. The interior, decorated with artworks, creates a unique bucolic atmosphere. A landscaped garden offers an ideal relaxation space.
The Blue Room: This 23 m² room opens onto a landscaped garden, creating a peaceful setting. It features a modular king-size bed, a reading corner, and a marble bathroom, combining luxury and comfort.
The Ochre Red Suite: At 48 m², this suite offers an intimate space with a private hammam. The bedroom with a double bed and the marble bathroom with a Larch wood bathtub complete this haven of serenity.
The Ochre Mauve Suite: A 41 m² haven, where luxury meets purple hues. It includes a private hammam, a terrace overlooking the garden, and a marble bathroom, for a tranquil stay.
The Ochre Yellow Suite: Also 41 m², this suite stands out with its sunny shades and private hammam. Enjoy a terrace overlooking the garden and an elegant bathroom for an unforgettable stay.
The Ochre Rust Suite: Offering 41 m² of comfort in ochre tones, this suite opens onto the garden, offering a magnificent view. It features a double bed, a private hammam, and a marble bathroom.

DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of €1000 will be requested as part of the rental. Managed as a payment link by the online and secure service Swikly, it is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the accommodation.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect the usage limits of your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €12.30.
Within 7 days following your departure, and subject to the respect of the general sales conditions and the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically canceled.
INTERACTIONS WITH GUESTS
Céline, your host from La Rochelle, will welcome you on the day of your arrival.
Arrivals are normally between 4 pm and 8:30 pm.
