The building:
It is an old 17th century building in the old town with NO ELEVATOR, but only 3 floor stairs.
The room:
The room has a lot of natural light, a double bed, a table and chairs , a small table with a single sofa and, and a small balcony. Electric water heater.
Location:
Just a mere 300 meters from both the awe-inspiring Cathedral of Barcelona and the world-renowned Palau de la Música and as well Parque Ciutadella 10 minutes walking perfect for leisurely walks and picnics.
The house is just 10 minutes walk from Aerobus stop, which brings you from the Airport.
Common areas and house rules:
We are very calm people who open their space to share. So we offer a space of tranquility for when you return from your tours of the city, especially at night. So we hope you are the same way… )
The kitchen and washing machine are open to use, within common sense and for small breakfast and fast meals.
It's Not allowed parties in the house.
