Description of
This house is located in the province of Granada in the beautiful region of the Alpujarras. This is the area South of the Sierra Nevada, where you also can go skiing during winter. In the Alpujarras you find lot of walking tracks and several typical white villages to visit as Bubion, Pampaneira, etc.

Within a 15 minutes walk and only a few minutes drive you can visit Orgiva. This is the nearest place for shopping, banks, and other amenities. The closest bars and restaurants can be reached within 10 minutes walk.

The garden of the house is totally fenced. The house has a partial covered terrace, private pool 7,5 x 4m, sunbeds, shower, gardenfurniture and a BBQ.

The house is built with natural stones from the area and designed to keep it cool during summer.
The house is entered via the terrace into the lounge which consists of a comfortable sitting area with open fireplace, a dining area and an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen. At the back of the house there are two modernly furnished bedrooms and an elegantly tiled bathroom with shower unit.

The city of Granada (30 km) is very charming and interesting to visit. Especially the lovely squares, lots of tapasbars, the Albayzin (old part of the town with cosy streets and shops) and the Alhambra.

The Spanish beaches at Motril and Salobrena can be reached within 35 minutes drive.

The holiday home can be reached by a 500 m track and there is parking space close to the house at the plot.
