The complete exteriors of this house are perfect to enjoy the good Mediterranean weather. The chlorine pool measures 9 x 4.5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.35 to 1.85 meters. It is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas to comfortably sunbathe. You can relax on the sofas at the porch and enjoy a delicious barbecue at the outdoor dining room. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The interior of this single-storey house offers a comfortable and contemporary style. The living room kitchen is equipped with TV-sat and AC. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob. In the laundry you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the house there are 4 bedrooms, all with AC. Three of them have twin beds and one has a double bed. There are also 3 bathrooms, 2 of them are en suite with a shower and there's one with a bathtub for the rest of the house. Finally, we can prepare a cot and a highchair for you if you are travelling with your baby.

The house is located on an extensive plot in the countryside so tranquility and peace are guaranteed. About 6 km away you find Cas Concos, with basic services, and Santanyí is about 10 km away and offers more services for an independent stay. The closest beach is Cala Santanyí, 10.4 km away, although the nearby coast is full of wonderful beaches and coves such as Cala Mondragó, Caló des Moro or Cala d'Or.
