The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming, fully air-conditioned, single-storey house (2 stars) for rent in Sanary-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a surface area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a 19 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). With wifi internet (4G router), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 19 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue/plancha, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Sanary-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

- Nearest train station: Ollioules station 3.5 km away, shuttle bus from the station to the accommodation.
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères airport 35 km, Marseille-Provence airport 78.5 km
