There's a nearby path with steps over the Sand dunes and in a couple of minutes you're on a beautiful wide beach, that stretches all the way to Skegness. You can walk up the beach path to Chapel point and the North Sea Observatory is just a few minutes away. This peaceful property has a south facing garden and it catches the Sun all day and you can hear the waves on the beach.
