It features an attractive 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. A terrace and outdoor space surround the house. Wi-Fi (fiber optics). Towels, sheets, tea towels and housekeeping extra.

The single storey accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area :
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: a single bed.
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A first terrace at the front of the accommodation of about 8 m² with afternoon sun.
- A second terrace at the back of the villa of about 50 m², with morning sun. You will have garden furniture to enjoy both terraces.
- A solar shower with a tap at the bottom to remove sand from the feet. A tub with a non-slip mat.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in a very pleasant, green and quiet environment within a one-way street. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Beautiful walk along the sea leading to the port with its "baladoir" which leads you to the entrance of the port. On foot or by bike, the choice is yours. Many green areas nearby. - The international golf course and a miniature golf course, little train, shuttle buses at sea. - Many visits, see the Tourist Office.
- Family and sports resorts.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly outside behind the electric gate (1 vehicle, for a passenger car). Possibility to park on the road in front of the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Elne train station located at about 16 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport located about 29 minutes away by car.

Other remarks:
- Towels, sheets and tea towels are not included and can be supplied on request, at extra cost (to be booked in advance and paid for on site).
- Cleaning at the end of your stay must be done by you. Cleaning supplement on request: 120 euros / stay.
- Free Wifi available (optical fibre).
- The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability. An additional fee may be requested.
- A certificate of holiday rental insurance must be provided before your arrival.
