You will appreciate the presence of a swimming pool 3 kms away, and that all the shops and services, as well as a leisure base are present in Figeac. Accommodation on cellar, accessible by several steps then a covered balcony and all the rooms on the same level: living room with sitting area (sofa bed, flat screen TV) and kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with large shower, separate toilet. Land at the foot of the gite with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. The owners live close to the gite.
