Description of
Modern 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment on the 4th floor in the popular Edificio Apolo, in the heart of Marbella, a 1-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the Casco Antiguo (Old Town).

This west-facing holiday home has been fully renovated, and accommodation comprises: lift access; living/dining room with sofa-bed for 2 guests, and access to the terrace overlooking C/ Camilo José Cela; compact fitted kitchen with electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, etc.; lovely bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, and access to the terrace; and a separate complete bathroom with shower plate. The apartment is equipped with A/C and heating throughout, and Wi-Fi internet connection.

The resident parking area is filled on a first-come-first-served basis, so we cannot guarantee availability.

This is an ideal base to explore Marbella; due to its location, a car is definitely not required!

The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

‍♀️ The pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September, both inclusive. The pool hours are from 12 pm until 8 pm.

Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box at our office. We will provide instructions prior to your arrival. Please provide an estimated arrival time at least 48h before.

Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.

If you want a parking space, once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive information about the parking closest to the Skol Building, which you may reserve online through an external company (price and availability on their website).
