Very nice chalet, very well equipped. We had a very good stay. A few points of vigilance: - remember to have the mandatory cleaning fee specified beforehand - the shuttle is ready but does not run often...another alternative: walk to the center to catch the other shuttle which is much more frequent. - 1 covered parking space not accessible with a roof box We are however very satisfied and recommend the rental.
Très beau chalet, très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Quelques points de vigilance :
- pensez à vous faire préciser au préalable le tarif du ménage obligatoire
- la navette est tout prêt mais ne passe pas souvent...autre alternative : marcher jusqu'au centre pour attraper l'autre navette qui est beaucoup plus fréquente.
- 1 place de parking couverte pas accessible avec un coffre de toit
Nous sommes cependant très satisfaits et recommandons la location.
the house was spacious enough for seventeen people, and delivered nice and clean to us on arrival. kitchen inventory very spacious. Only a hob didn't do it right, luckily we had two. The information provided in advance by the owner was clear and comprehensive. Only downside: the wifi did not work properly at all. nothing but praise, we would prefer to go there again next year!
de woning was ruim genoeg voor zeventien personen, en mooi schoon opgeleverd aan os bij aankomst. keuken inventaris zeer ruim aanwezig. Alleen een kookplaat deed het niet goed, gelukkig hadden we twee. De informatie vooraf versterkt door de eigenaar was duidelijk en uitgebried. Enige minpunt : de wifi werkte totaal niet naar behoren. verder niks dan lof, we zouden er het liefst volgend jaar weer heen gaan !
We spent Christmas with the family in the Chalet des Dhuis. Warm and caring welcome from Gloria who gave us many tips to make the most of our stay. Very authentic Savoyard style chalet, spacious and comfortable, well heated, well equipped, no nuisance. The services provided are very significant. Very large terrace with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc, the panorama is simply magical. Very well located the chalet is 10 minutes walk from Chamonix, which is very significant. Thanks again to Mr Matthieu M., the owner for his kindness and the attention he reserved for us. It is with great pleasure that we will renew this stay. Evelyn and Alain.
Nous avons passé Noël en famille dans le chalet des Dhuis. Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de Gloria qui nous a prodigué de nombreux conseils afin de profiter au mieux de notre séjour. Chalet très authentique style savoyard, spacieux et confortable, bien chauffé, bien équipé, aucune nuisance. Les prestations fournies sont très appréciables.Très grande terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur le Mont Blanc, le panorama est tout simplement magique. Très bien situé le chalet est à 10 minutes à pied de Chamonix, ce qui est bien appréciable. Merci encore à Mr Matthieu M., le propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et l’attention qu’il nous a réservée. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous renouvellerons ce séjour.

we went between Christmas and New Year's Day with our little girls aged 5 and 7. The chalet was decorated outside and inside with a Christmas tree, a Santa Claus thank you for them...Very clean , well equipped except one regret a washing machine, but a laundry was very close to the chalet within the enclosure of the hamlets and the price of the gondola which is at the rate of 8 euros per person. Verchaix is located 10 minutes from Samoens, a beautiful Savoyard village, with its ski resort Samoens 1600 which is at the TOP of the walks on the trails as well as bike rides are possible. Come THE MOUNTAIN IT WINS YOU. .....
nous sommes allés entre Noel et jour de l';An avec nos petites filles de 5 et 7 ans .le chalet était décoré a l'extérieur comme a l'intérieur avec un sapin ,un père Noel merci pour elles...Très propre , bien équipé sauf un regret une machine à laver ,mais une laverie était très près du chalet dans l'enceinte du hameaux et le prix des télécabine qui sont au tarif de 8 euros par personne .
Verchaix se trouve a 10mn de Samoens ,beau village Savoyard ,avec sa station de ski Samoens 1600 qui est au TOP des promenades sur les sentiers ainsi que des ballades à vélo sont possible.. Venez LA MONTAGNE CA VOUS GAGNE. .....
Very spacious chalet, with independent spaces for each sibling. Equipment (crockery, kitchen utensils) very complete. Library (young children's books) very popular. Comfortable bedding. Very well on all counts. Thanks !

Rental consistent with the description. Pleasant and well-appointed chalet, perfect when there are many of us. Well located, close to the city center on foot, shuttles nearby to reach the cable cars. We will come back with pleasure.
Location conforme au descriptif. Chalet agréable et bien aménagé, parfait lorsque nous sommes nombreux. Bien situé, proche du centre-ville à pied, navettes à proximité pour rejoindre les télécabines. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
We had a real dream week. The chalet corresponds 100% to the announcement. Everything was there, complete equipment for crockery, household appliances and bedding which is excellent in all the rooms. Very nice chalet both outside and inside with a large private garage very useful for ski equipment. A second large model fridge in the very practical garage. Chalet ideally located 5 minutes walk from the city center but far enough away to be quiet. Excellent contact with the owner as well as Brigitte the person in charge of welcoming us. In short everything was there including the snow and the sun. Too hard to come back after such a great vacation. Sure we will go back.

Très beau chalet tant dehors que dedans avec un grand garage privatif bien utile pour les équipements de ski. Un deuxième frigo grand modèle dans le garage bien pratique.
Chalet idéalement situé à 5 mn à pieds du centre ville mais suffisamment à l'écart pour être au calme.
Excellent contact avec la propriétaire ainsi que Brigitte la personne chargée de nous accueillir.
Bref tout y était y compris la neige et le soleil. Trop dur de rentrer ensuite après de si belles vacances. Sûr nous y retournerons.
Owner very responsive to our requests. Housing conforms to the description. Housing very well located, very close to shops and ski lifts. Housing corresponding to our "expectations".
Propriétaire très réactif à nos demandes. Logement conforme au descriptif. Logement très bien situé, très proches des commerces et des remontées. Logement correspondant à nos « attentes ».
Rental as described. Good bedding. Three bedrooms, one of which is larger, adopted by the children to play in! Two toilets separated from the bathrooms. A very well-equipped kitchen, especially since there is also equipment stored in the garage (fondue, raclette, pressure cooker, etc.) Very good contact with the owner as well as with the person in charge of hand over the keys. I have already recommended this rental to friends and we will not hesitate to return!
Location conforme à la description. Bonne literie. Trois chambres dont une plus grande, adoptée par les enfants pour y jouer ! Deux WC séparés des salles de bain. Une cuisine très bien équipée d'autant qu'il y a aussi du matériel rangé dans le garage (appareils à fondue, à raclette, cocotte-minute...) Un très bon contact avec la propriétaire ainsi qu'avec la personne chargée de remettre les clés. J'ai déjà recommandé cette location à des amis et nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir !
Comfortable chalet, very well heated. The decoration is a bit busy. We appreciated the equipment in crockery, glasses and storage capacities, as well as the vacuum cleaners in good working order. In the very functional kitchen, the oven would need to be changed. The quality of the chalet allowed us to have an excellent stay despite the unfavorable weather.
Chalet confortable, très bien chauffé. La décoration est un peu chargée. Nous avons apprécié l'équipement en vaisselle, verres et capacités de rangement, ainsi que les aspirateurs en bon état de fonctionnement.
Dans la cuisine, très fonctionnelle, le four serait à changer.
La qualité du chalet nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour malgré une météo défavorable.
