Come spend your family vacation in this charming 40 m² T2 with a 15 m² terrace and a garage. This property is located on the 1st floor with elevator in a secure luxury residence, surrounded by a large wooded garden where you will find a secure collective swimming pool with 1 supervisor, 2 pools (access with bracelets and vigik), a pétanque court, a children's play area including ping pong tables, football field, tennis court, etc.
This apartment consists of a bedroom opening onto the terrace with 2 90cm bunk beds + 1 90cm bed, a chest of drawers, a living room where you will find a convertible sofa, a small flat screen TV, a large sliding cupboard (vacuum cleaner, fans , small pieces of furniture also for storage) set back from the room a new fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster etc...), a fully equipped bathroom tastefully redone (showers for 2 people), a sink with storage unit, a WC area.
A long terrace with 2 awnings will allow you to take your meals outside, it faces north. This terrace overlooks the garden.
Within the residence, you have a path which gives access to the sea and Favière beach.
Linen is not provided but you can rent it on site via our laundry service.
