The name of the apartment literally means: the balcony on Prino. "Prino" is the name of this beautiful seaside area of Imperia.
3 bedrooms:
-1st: double bedroom.
-2nd: bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined together to form a double bed).
-3rd: extra room with two single beds (that can be joined together to form a double bed), with sea-view (and small kitchen corner).
2 bathrooms:
-1st bathroom: full bathroom, with a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink.
-2nd bathroom: service bathroom, smaller, with small shower, toilet, sink.
Beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, with small table (not enough space for 6 people at the same time).
Facing the sea and the beach.
Large kitchen-living room, with dining table. TV with some European channels.
Well-equipped kitchen (with small electric oven), dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine in pods and American coffee machine. Washing machine. Wi-Fi.
Air conditioning.
Very large and comfortable: perfect for families, or a group of friends up to 6 people.
High-chair and baby bed available.
Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.
Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 2€ per person, per day, only for the first 10 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.
