On the ground floor you will find the kitchen fully equipped, utility room with washing machine, Guest WC and living-dinning room with TV, Wifi, fire place and access to the garden and community pool.
On the first floor we have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bathtube. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
On the last floor we have the master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bathtube ensuite. Bed linen and towels are included.
In this property can comfortably sleep 6. Right at the Golf course of Islantilla and only 5 min. walking distance to the Golf Club.
The property is located in a very quiet complex perfect for relax. Only 15 min. from the beach and the comercial center of Islantilla. The airport of Faro is about 45 min. away and the airport of Sevilla is about 1h 30 min.
House Rules:
- No youth-groups /No groups under the age of 25.
- No parties.
- Check-in time is from 3pm onwards and check-out until 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Beach Towels are not included.
- A security deposit of 300€ will be required in cash on the day of arriavel
