The Villa "Romantic NIdo" is a depandace of the villa, has an area of about 80 square meters on two levels:
The ground floor is a spacious living room with lake view, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, outdoor area with table and chairs, garden partly for exclusive use.
First Floor: a single bed located in the hallway next to the double room separeted by a door , double bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with tub accessible from the room, terrace with table chairs and umbrella, accessible from the room overlooking the lake.
The 'accommodation can sleep up to n. 3 people:
- 2 persons in the double room
- 1 person in the hallway next to the double room separeted by a door
The fireplace shown in the photo is exclusively for decorative purposes.
1 dog of small/medium size (max 15Kg) will be allowed by previous request and only after approval. The cost for the dog is 5 euro per night. This structure does not accomodate cats.
Catering service and chef service is available on request.
Baby cot up to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.
City tax to be paid at check in.
Invoice available on request (application must be sent 10 days before check in (after this deadline it will not be taken in consideration).
Check in is done starting from 3pm till 8 pm.
In case of late check in ( previously planned) will be applied an extra charge to pay cash at check in as follow:
from 8pm to 11pm: 30 euro
after 11pm: 50 euro
