The only problem the swimming pool is not heated to the temperature indicated in the advertisement and the protective curtain was broken.
The house is very well equipped and very well designed.

Sorry for the pool, but at this time of year, with the coolness of the night, you can't go above 23-24 degrees. Few rentals keep the pool open during this period.

Désolé pour la piscine mais à cette époque de l'année, avec la fraîcheur nocturne, on arrive pas à dépasser les 23-24 degrés. Peu de location maintiennent la piscine ouverte à cette période.

The house is up to the description of the ad. It is ideal to meet friends or family. Very spacious and close to the most beautiful beach of the island and wood of Chaize. Bicycles are provided, which allows to visit the island without taking a car.
Claire and Sandrine welcome us with good humor, they are listening and present the slightest problem. Thank you very much.
I recommend this rental without hesitation.

Quiet.
The house and its exterior are very pleasant! Everything was perfect ! Very well equipped (ideal for families with children: high chairs, protected swimming pool, games ...)
We were able to fully enjoy the interior (the rooms are large and pleasant, fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, bathroom also) as from outside (ping-pong, barbecue, heated terrace ...)
Short stay but TOP! Thank you

Very well located, ideally designed for a large family with a heated swimming pool.
In addition, available all the equipment needed for indoor and outdoor leisure.
Nice for weekend with friends ...
Only downside: inside table for 8 while the lease is for 12.
The village center is 10 minutes by bike.
