You will be staying in a 3-room house with a total area of 50 square meters. The living/dining room features a TV (flat screen), a wood-burning stove, and a fan. It also provides access to the veranda. One of the open rooms measures 11 square meters and contains two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan. The other room, also 11 square meters in size, has a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan. The kitchen/living room is equipped with 4 hot plates, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine (available at an extra cost).

The residence offers a shower/WC area with a double hand-basin. It also has a boiler and solar power. The large garden, spanning 500 square meters, has a south-facing and east-facing position. Outdoor amenities include terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs. You can enjoy a panoramic view of the canal from the property. Additionally, the residence provides internet access (WiFi, free) and reserved parking for up to 2 cars at the house. Please note that the property is suitable for families, and a maximum of 2 pets/dogs are allowed. A smoke alarm is also present on the premises.
