Located 12 minutes from the city centre and the Old Port and 10 minutes from the beach, close to all shops and transport, this flat with its lovely garden is perfect for a stay in La Rochelle.

This beautiful and tastefully decorated 47 m² flat, located on the ground floor consists of:

## Neighborhood

The flat is located in a quiet environment with many parks around the flat. It is a 12 minute walk from the city centre and the Vieux Port of La Rochelle, and you can visit the coast on foot or by bike very easily. Guarded by the Chaîne tower and the Saint-Nicolas tower, the Vieux Port has inspired many artists. After strolling along the quays, visitors are invited to wander through the pretty alleys of the old town. The many small shops in the pedestrian zones and the streets lined with arcades have everything to satisfy shopping enthusiasts.

La Rochelle-Île de Ré Airport → 10 min by car
