The surroundings: Next to it is the Vento-Tivano holiday flat, uphill is the lakeside road. In the neighbourhood is the private property of the friendly landlord's family with a small family car repair shop and parking spaces.
A garden gate with a few steps next to the large shared lakeside terrace leads to the lakeside path and the shallow pebble beach.

The covered terrace leads into the entrance hallway with double bedroom facing the sea and bathroom with shower.
