A stone staircase leads down from the parking lot to the house. On the right you enter the terrace with access to the apartment.
The terrace has lake and mountain views. Trees provide pleasant shade.
The gallery apartment is located in a new house in the picturesque mountain village of Montemezzo, high above Gera Lario on Lake Como. The house currently consists of two apartments. The Bianco apartment is on the mountain side and the Nero apartment is on the lake side. The entrances are on the terrace at the side of the house.
Above the house is a large hillside garden for communal use with panoramic views. Deckchairs are available here for you to relax and enjoy the sun.
You enter the apartment from the side via a terrace with a view of the surrounding mountains and the lake. The living area is open plan and has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a TV.
The bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet is also on the same level. A staircase takes you up to the sleeping gallery, where there is a comfortable double bed.
The apartment is flooded with light and modernly furnished.

A security deposit of EUR 150.00 must be paid in cash upon arrival, and you will receive the deposit back upon departure.
Nearby there are flat beaches along the river Mera and in Gera Lario, which are particularly suitable for families and water sports enthusiasts.
There you will find children's playgrounds, boat rentals, surfing and sailing schools, canoe rentals, tennis courts and bocce courts.
The holiday home is the perfect starting point to explore the beautiful surroundings of Lake Como. You can go hiking in the surrounding mountains, visit the historic lakeside villages or simply enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature. After an eventful day, you can relax on the terrace and admire the sunset over the lake.
The house with its two apartments is also ideal for two couples who want to holiday together and still want to enjoy some privacy.
There is off street parking above the property for your vehicle. A stone path about 50 m leads down to the house.
