No problem with this rental apart from one thing: lack of air conditioning because at this time when we were, it was very hot. Apart from that, the apartment was good, I recommended it to other vacationers, especially EU. The owner is very friendly, that's it.
Pas de problème au niveau de cette location à part une chose : manque d une pose de climatisation car à cette période où nous avons été, il a fait très chaud. Voilà a part ça, l'appartement était bien, je le recommandé à d autres vacanciers, surtout UE. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, voilà.

This rental is called the nest and it is aptly named. You feel good there right away, it's a little cocoon where nothing is missing, excellent bedding, which is not negligible. You can do everything on foot or by bike. We had a very good week, to recommend without problems. In addition, a beautiful and large terrace with deckchairs and barbecue available! Cette location s'appelle le nid et elle porte bien son nom. On s'y sent bien de suite, c'est un petit cocon où il ne manque rien, excellente literie, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. On peut tout faire à pieds ou à vélo. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, à recommander sans problèmes. De plus, une belle et grande terrasse avec transats et barbecue à disposition ! En un mot, PARFAIT !

Finally, dishes and the important point is the garage because finding a place is a real challenge even at the end of August so no problem when returning from a walk and for the sea bath you cross with your towel. Another strong point: Quiet residence. Do not hesitate to rent from Monsieur S. for a stay in La Baule.
Appartement correspondant à la description. Propriétaire très à l écoute. Bonne literie. Situation bien, face mer et chambre sur jardin. Enfin de la vaisselle et le point important c'est le garage car vraiment trouver une place c'est un vrai défi même fin Août donc aucun souci en revenant de promenade et pour le bain de mer on traverse avec sa serviette. Un autre point fort : Résidence calme. Ne pas hésiter pour louer auprès de Monsieur S. pour un séjour à la Baule.
Clean and very well located rental (5 min walk from the beach and 10 min from the center). Very accommodating and friendly owner. The accommodation is not very big but practical and well done. I recommend this rental without hesitation.

Given the coronavirus, we contacted the owner 1 week before our vacation, and Mr S was able, with great kindness and availability, to find the solution to meet our request and thus have an excellent holiday in a very pleasant apartment, perfectly well maintained, with quality beds and household equipment, as well as a terrace with a splendid view facing the sea.
Compte tenu du coronavirus, nous avons contacté le propriétaire 1 semaine avant nos vacances, et Mr S a pu, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité, trouvé la solution pour satisfaire notre demande et ainsi passer d'excellentes vacances dans un appartement très agréable, parfaitement bien entretenu, avec des couchages et un équipement ménager de qualité, ainsi qu'une terrasse avec une vue splendide face à la mer.
