The apartment is ideally located in La Chapelle-Thouarault, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
- You can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 cars.
- Nearest train station: SNCF 19 km (23 minutes by car), Gare de l'Hermitage 1.7km (2 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne (approx. 18 minutes by car)

Other remarks:
- Sheets are included and put on the beds before your arrival. Beds can be made before your arrival for an additional charge (price decreases according to the number of beds).
- Towels are not provided, but can be hired if required.
- We provide small hand towels, a sponge, washing-up liquid and a bath mat.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation (with the exception of dogs weighing less than 20kg, for an extra charge of €15/stay, with a limit of one pet per stay).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
