200 meters from the beach of Pescoluse, we rent a typical Salento house completely renovated this winter, with a beautiful Mediterranean garden of about 1500 square meters which it shares with another house.
The beach of fine sand, among the most beautiful in Salento, is easily accessible on foot.
It has an entrance hall with kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and single bedroom, blinds, mosquito nets, ceiling beams and ceiling fans. TV and a large covered patio area with kitchenette and stone paving, outdoor shower with hot water, sink and barbecue and parking. It is located in a quiet location but close to the beach.
Tipica casetta salentina completamente ristrutturata con travi a vista e aria condizionata a 250 metri dalla spiaggia di Pescoluse , con un bellissimo giardino mediterraneo recintato in pietra, di circa 500mq .
La spiaggia di sabbia finissima tra le più belle del basso Salento è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.
Ha un ingresso con cucina , bagno con doccia , camera matrimoniale e cameretta con letti a terra. Le due camere hanno ventilatori a soffitto ed aria condizionata , persiane e zanzariere, La casa ha TV e lavatrice. Ha inoltre un ampia tettoia esterna con angolo cottura in pietra e lastricato in pietra leccese, doccia esterna con acqua calda ,lavabo, barbecue e parcheggio interno. Si trova in una posizione tranquilla ma vicina alla spiaggia . Dista dal centro di Pescoluse circa 600 m e 400 dall' inizio del vivace lungomare di Torre Vado .

The lively promenade of Torre Vado starts 500 meters away and provides a pleasant evening for those who have little desire to move. The grocery stores are all within walking distance. The hinterland, rich in historical centers, offers visitors many cultural events and festivals so they can fully experience Salento.
La casa ha un ampio e curato giardino recintato in pietra , si trova in un contesto tranquillo a 200 metri dalla spiaggia di Pescoluse ( Comune di Salve) a 10 KM da SM di Leuca e a 30 da Gallipoli . Pescoluse inoltre ha spiagge libere e attrezzate, torrette con bagnini , servizi pulizia delle spiagge , chioschi sulla spiaggia, servizi di noleggio auto, bici, barche e gommoni, bar e ristoranti, piatti da asporto, market, tabaccheria con edicola, luoghi di culto etc.
L'animato Lungomare di Torre Vado comincia a 400 metri e consente una piacevole serata a chi ha poca voglia di muoversi. I negozi di generi alimentari sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi . L'entroterra, ricco di centri storici tutti ben collegati e a pochi minuti di macchina, offre ai turisti numerosi avvenimenti culturali e sagre e consentono di assaporare appieno il Salento.
