We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Nantes, this charming flat of a surface of 53 m ² and being able to accomodate to 3 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 23 m², a kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The flat is ideally located in Nantes, on the right bank of the Erdre, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

By staying in this flat you will be very close to the heart of the city of Nantes. You will be able to go easily to the various emblematic places of the city: the Cathedral Saint Pierre, the Castle of the Dukes, the Royal and Graslin squares, the island of Versailles, the island of Nantes etc.
You will find dedicated paths along the Erdre to practice walking, jogging or cycling.

Transport :
The accommodation is located 5 minutes from the tramway and 20 minutes on foot from the city centre.
