Cot and High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not provided.
Check-in & Check-out Times:
Check-in: Between 3 pm and 10 pm. Late arrivals will only be welcomed the next day from 9:30 am, with extra charges for failures.
Early Check-ins: Confirmed only 24 hours prior and may incur a charge of 50% of a night's rate.
Late Check-outs: Confirmed 24 hours prior and may also incur a charge of 50% of a night's rate.
Deposit Requirement:
Deposit: €500 is required for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Refunds are issued within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Odor: €450 if detected post-stay.
Lost Keys: Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the key type, if left on the door or inside the apartment. Two sets of keys will be provided for your stay.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Key Management: Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Noise Levels: Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Construction Notice: Ongoing construction works on the street in front of the building. We are not responsible for these works and will not accept complaints regarding this matter.
Internet Etiquette:
Usage: Avoid unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation.
Temporary Unavailability: The internet connection is currently unavailable until April 12. Efforts are being made to re-establish the connection. Any malfunctions from telecom operators are not our responsibility and will not lead to compensation.
Professional Usage & Photography:
Restrictions: No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.
Paris 2024 Olympic Games Bookings:
Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation for bookings during the Olympics.
Age Requirement:
Minimum Age: The minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
