Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort throughout your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be provided upon both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is spotless for your enjoyment.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you need a cot and high chair, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in is from 3:00 pm.
Early check-ins or late check-outs can be arranged based on availability, with confirmation provided 24 hours in advance and applicable charges may apply.
Deposit Requirement:
A €150 deposit is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund within 8-14 days after departure, provided there are no damages noted.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: €450.
Additional key service is available only for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys: Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key or lock.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Please do not leave keys on the door or inside the apartment.
Respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors to avoid deductions from your deposit.
Please be mindful of any ongoing construction within the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Internet Access:
Kindly refrain from unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for any connection malfunctions.
Special Bookings and Events:
For unique services or events, please seek pre-approval. Deposits apply for Paris 2024 Olympic Games bookings.
Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Guests under 23 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the required age. Failure to comply will result in denial of entry, and no refund requests will be entertained.
