Description of
Villa Leo is situated in a hilly area near Cingoli, in the province of Macerata, in the heart of Le Marche.
Thanks to its strategic position, the villa is the ideal starting point for exploring both the hinterland and the coastal area of this region.
From here you can discover charming historical villages, starting with the nearby town of Cingoli, known as the "Balcony of Le Marche" for its panoramic position and listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy". From the large terrace located in its historic centre it is possible to admire a panoramic view that reaches, on clear days, as far as the Adriatic Sea and Mount Conero. Strolling through the alleys within the medieval walls, among historic buildings, churches and museums, this village offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and much of Le Marche countryside.
Travelling towards the coast, in about 40 minutes by car from the villa you can reach the famous beaches of the Riviera del Conero, enchanting beaches with crystal-clear waters surrounded by the green Conero Regional Park in the towns of Sirolo, Numana and Portonovo, and the beaches of Porto Recanati. Here you can have fun and enjoy the long summer days thanks to the many beach clubs, chalets and restaurants on the waterfront.
As for exploring the surrounding area, from the villa it is possible to visit some of the most popular towns and villages in the region. These include Recanati, famous for being the birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi; Loreto, an important place of pilgrimage famous for the Sanctuary of the Holy House; Macerata, with its splendid Sferisterio; Tolentino, a town renowned for its rich historical and cultural heritage; Jesi, a town with a fascinating medieval centre; and Treia, a charming medieval village in the hills of Le Marche.
There is also no shortage of opportunities for leisure and relaxation in nature, both for families and for groups of friends looking for sport and entertainment. These include Lake Cingoli, where you can walk along the shores and the nature trails of this protected oasis and enjoy activities on the lake by renting boats, canoes and pedalos.
There are also many nature trails for walking and mountain biking that wind through the countryside and woods around Cingoli, breathing healthy and regenerating air, or you can explore the paths of the Gola della Rossa e di Frasassi Regional Nature Park, the Mount San Vicino and Mount Canfaito Nature Reserve and the Mount Cucco Regional Park.
For family fun, there is also an adventure park and aqua parks nearby. Also not to be missed are the Frasassi Caves, underground caves with spectacular stalactites and stalagmites.

A large wrought iron porch, which extends from the main house to the outbuilding, is furnished with sofas and tables and chairs for al fresco dining, perfect for enjoying days in the open air.
There is also a second wrought iron porch with a table and chairs that leads directly into the kitchen and also offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
There is also a barbecue in the garden where you can cook delicious barbecues with your friends.
The property has a large private parking area.
Villa Leo is a cosy property that can accommodate up to 12 people.
This elegant, newly built property offers modern and comfortable rooms, enhanced by furnishings and decorations also made from natural materials, such as precious oak wood, which add a distinctive touch to your holiday experience.
The property consists of a main house and an outbuilding.
The main house is on two floors, connected by an internal staircase.
On the ground floor there is a large and bright living area consisting of:
- a living room with sofas, TV, French windows overlooking the pool and direct access to the porch equipped for outdoor dining;
- a modern fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, dining table and direct access to the garden;
- a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
On the first floor there are:
- a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower;
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed;
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed;
- a bathroom with a shower.
The outbuilding, located next to the main house, consists of:
- a living area with a sofa, TV and a view of the pool and a kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer and a dining table;
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a bathroom with shower;
- a bathroom with shower, also accessible from the outside.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and insect screens on the windows.
The property meets high standards of energy sustainability and comfort. For example, solar panels and thermal insulation have been installed.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 150,00; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 500,00
