Description of
We have bought this beautiful house in 2024 and immediately started working on inside and outside. So far we have reached a few things but we will continue to improve both living room and kitchen as well as outside living. You will get an impression of the large swimming pool which is weekly cleaned and maintained. Besides there is a jeu de boules lane, balls are available. The view is magnificent and will be further enlarged as trees or thickets will be removed in accordance with the municipality. We have a large plot between house and swimming pool so noise is far away if you sit on the terrace.

There are two staircases in the house which lead to the first floor with high ceilings. Each part has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - with shower or bath and bidet - each bathroom has a wc/lavatory.
All rooms are decorated as shown in the pictures with single or double beds. As the walls are enormous the temperature stays low in the house. There are screens to prevent insects flying into your room and covers to darken the rooms for a comfortable night.

We have 2 neighbours on each side but they are hardly there. As the house is located at the end of a road it is very quiet.
Shopping groceries can be done in the medieval city Penna san Giovanni which is 5 kms away. Here you find also some bars and restaurants. The surrounding villages offer more shops and restaurants e.g. Gualdo, Sarnano, Servigliano, etc. A list of local daily markets is available.

There is a housekeeper at the living between Penna and our hamlet: in case of emergencies you can contact them.
In the house you will find a dishwasher, smeg refrigurator, open fireplace, plenty of tables, sofa's and chairs.
At the covered terrace there are 2 big wooden tables for 10-12 persons and a weber gas barbecue.
Finally you will find 8 loungers around the pool. And starlink for stable wifi.
We have invested in nice accessoires like Laguoile cutlery and antique vases to experience a cosy and comfortable environment which we hope you appreciate and treat well.
