Villa Palma is a wonderful private villa with pool in Le Marche recently renovated with high quality finishes. Although the building architecture is still that one of the typical country house of Le Marche, the interiors are characterized by a refined style with ample open spaces and simple, welcoming furniture. The property which is entirely fenced-in, stretches along a hillside and is surrounded by vineyards and green fields, with breathtaking views over the countryside. It is surrounded by a vast and well kept garden, rich in flowers and plants. Guests can benefit of a great salt water pool with Roman stairs entrance and two comfortable pergolas equipped with tables and chairs, perfect to enjoy pleasant moments of relax.
The villa is built on three levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious and well equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room, a large bathroom with whirlpool, shower and laundry area. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. On the second floor there's a large double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Few meters away from the main house there is an annex with living room-kitchen and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
