The Vivenda da Esquina is a great villa located in a residential area, just above the beach of Garajau, on the hillside, boasting breathtaking views of the vast Atlantic.
The house consisting of 200 m² is incredibly spacious, comprising of three bedrooms (2 double rooms and 1 twin room), open space living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and breakfast bar. Wide patio doors leading to the terrace and pool, allow for maximum light in the living room.

Please note: At present there is a construction site in the surrounding areas. When booking, you are aware of this and agree to proceed with the respective booking.

These activities are not related to our properties and are part of the island's broader growth. There is also a separate living area, allowing for some personal relaxation time, reading, or playing a game of billiards. This too leads directly to the swimming pool. This one can be heated with an additional cost & minimum of 5 nights.
The outdoor area extends over several levels. The terrace is equipped with a large table and chairs, as well as sunbeds. It is the perfect place to sit together in the evening, with a glass of wine, while enjoying the tranquility of the surrounding area with its stunning views. There is also a garage with availability for 2 cars.
