The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful classic renovated building with a lift and one apartment per floor. It is more than 200 m² property, and offers a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The access to the apartment is through a 20 m² entrance hall which leads to a large 50 m² living room with 4 balconies facing De Los Madrazo street, a living area with a sofa, armchairs and 65" Smart TV, and an area with a dining table for up to 8 people.
The hall also leads to a spacious kitchen (more than 20 m²) which is fully equipped with everything you need. It also has several windows facing the central patio of the building.
The bedrooms are also facing the patio, but at the same time have a lot of light as they have south orientation.Two of the bedrooms have two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and the other has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). Moreover two of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, and there is a third independent adjoining bathroom.
The building has a community gym area with exercise machines at the disposal of the tenants who stay in the apartment.
The Madrazo area is one of the most luxurious and exclusive in Madrid, but being a very quiet street.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
