The house is close to all the services you may need, such as supermarkets, shops and restaurants. It has an excellent location as it is situated in the centre of Sa Pobla and the beach is only a ten minute drive away. If you like tranquillity, in the exterior of this marvellous property you will find a nice terrace that will be the ideal place to enjoy evenings with your loved ones. Please note that the property has direct neighbours and privacy is partial.

Inside this charming two-storey house, you will find a spacious living room with satellite TV and AC that is ready to offer you the relaxation and comfort you deserve. The kitchen, equipped with gas and vitroceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. You will be able to enjoy the wonderful dishes you have prepared in the dining area of the kitchen. When it's time to sleep, you will find 3 bedrooms with AC. Two of them have two double beds and one has two single beds. Two bathrooms complete the room, one with a bath and shower and the other is a toilet. The accommodation has a radiator, washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

Sa Pobla is a charming village located on the island of Mallorca. It is a popular destination for tourists and local visitors as it is well known for its gastronomy, wines and culture. We recommend you to visit the church of Sant Joan Baptista, a clear example of Gothic architecture or explore the market of Sa Pobla, which is one of the oldest in Mallorca and offers a wide variety of local products. If you like hiking, nearby you will find the mountain of Artá, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the island.
