The popular Skol Complex is a front-line beach right in the heart of Marbella, and 50 meters away from the famous Marbella port. Surrounded by fine dining restaurants and also pubs, bars, and shops.

This duplex comprises on the bottom floor, a spacious living/dining room with a flat-screen 42" TV, sofa, and access to the furnished terrace; a fully-fitted kitchen with everything you need to cook; and a separate toilet for your comfort; stairs to the bedroom area; master bedroom with twin beds and large windows with superb views; second interior bedroom with twin beds, this bedroom has a window frame that faces the master bedroom, not the street; and separate bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with A/C throughout and its own Wi-Fi connection.

The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.
