Have a wonderful stay in a high-quality holiday apartment equipped with all conveniences. The apartment has a smart and cozy layout optimized for enjoying the sea; a well-equipped and comfortable living area for relaxation; a superb modern kitchen and a dining area with large table and enjoys a sea view. The apartment has a lovely bathroom, one comfortable double bedroom; air conditioning in all rooms which provides heating in cooler seasons.

In the heart of the town of Marbella, this south-facing quiet apartment is ideally located on the 4th floor with a lift and elevator and facing the sea: there is direct access to the paseo maritimo (the promenade), and to the beach of Fontanilla with its bars, restaurants, supermarket and gym all close by. There is no need for a car as all conveniences can be reached on foot and public transport is close by.

Everything is in place for an enjoyable stay in a tastefully decorated and well-appointed space: large bay window in the living room that opens onto the sea, automatic sun blinds, dining table and chairs and a relaxing sofa. There is a flat screen TV and fast speed fiber optic WIFI is included.

The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

‍♀️ The pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September, both inclusive. The pool hours are from 12 pm until 8 pm.

Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box at our office. We will provide instructions prior to your arrival. Please provide an estimated arrival time at least 48h before.

Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.

Resident parking area filled on a first-come-first-served basis for which we cannot guarantee availability. If you want a parking space, once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive information about the parking closest to the Skol Building, which you may reserve online through an external company (price and availability on their website). This note is merely informative. .
