The apartments are located on a farm, just minutes away from the town of Cecina.

There are five elegant apartments in the main house and two independent cottages, situated slightly away, behind the main house. All apartments are very cosy and tastefully decorated in a rustic style, and have satellite TV and all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay. In addition, the apartments and houses are equipped with central heating and a safe.

The property offers a large garden with communal pool and a grill. The garden is completely fenced and covered with olive and fruit trees.

To access the parking area of the property, you have to pass through an electric gate, for which you will receive a remote control. Thus, you do not have to get out of the car; the gate then closes again automatically.

The village can be reached in a few minutes. Cecina offers numerous shopping possibilities. On Tuesdays, there is the weekly market where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese and many other local products. There are also supermarkets that are open from Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm.

Cecina is situated near the most important road, rail or sea connections. From here you can easily reach Florence (100 km), the island of Elba (40 km), Siena (70 km), Pisa (50 km), Lucca (60 km), Volterra (30 km), San Gimignano (50 km). Bolgheri, which is only 10 km away, is well-known for its avenue of cypress trees and for producing some of the most important, world-famous wines, Sassicaia and Ornellaia.
The apartment has approximately 50 square metres' living space. It is located on the first floor and is designed to accommodate four people, but with the possibility of an extra bed. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a living room with dining area and sofa bed.

The verandah is furnished with table and chairs and overlooks the garden in front of the pool.
