The terrace is a generous 50 m² and is roofed, with deck chairs for guests to relax and enjoy the marvellous view of the sea. Facilities include a washing machine, mosquito nets, and a baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years old. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included in the price. The amenities include a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, fireplace, private patio, heat available, microwave, and television. The property can accommodate a maximum capacity of 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Please note that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment. This is a non-smoking property, and there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties. The house offers a comfortable and well-equipped home away from home, perfect for a vacation, with plenty of space for families or groups of friends to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
