A house suitable for those seeking tranquility, relaxation and the convenience of going to the beach on foot without having to use the car. The patio will give you the opportunity to eat outdoors, surrounded by the splendid olive grove. The apartment, part of the independent villa (3 apartments, each one with a different entrance) is 100 meters away from the sea and consists of: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, large living room with open kitchen and double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. The furnishings are new and in a modern style.
Bathroom linen is not provided. Upon request we can provide bed linen (10.00 euros for each bed). There are no cots, high chairs or other beds available to add to those in the house.
The villa has private internal parking, access to the sea via a private driveway, a large patio for outdoor dining or simply relaxing. It is not permitted to bring friends, relatives or other vehicles, even for just a few hours, in addition to the people and vehicles declared in the booking. It is not possible to organize parties or host other people.
