Apartment renovated and very functional. Nothing is missing. Like home !! The sun and the sea in addition, to 50 meters. What more ? I do not know.
One detail: change the Nespresso coffee machine, it makes a dreadful noise! I had to find a negative point, otherwise it would be suspicious ....
Appartement refait et très fonctionnel. Rien n'y manque. Comme chez soi !! Le soleil et la mer en plus, à 50 mètres.

Un détail : changer la cafetière Nespresso, elle fait un bruit épouvantable ! Il fallait bien que je trouve un point négatif, sinon ce serait louche....
The beautiful house, clean, has everything you need. Close to the sea and amenities like supermarket and more. We had a great time and we will be back!

great apartment, very nice, very clean, equipped with all amenities. The owner and the responsible are the nicest people. It 'very close to the beach for a fee and also near the beach of Juan les Pins (10 minute walk). And 'near the well-stocked supermarket and the town center. It 'was a pleasant stay.
Appartamento grande, molto bello, molto pulito, attrezzato con tutti i comfort. Il proprietario e l'incaricata sono persone gentilissime. E' molto vicino alla spiaggia a pagamento e vicino anche alla spiaggia libera di Juan les pins (10 minuti a piedi). E' vicino al supermercato ben fornito e al centro del paese. E' stato un bel soggiorno.

"We stayed in a beautiful apartment very very nice close to the beach, small shops, supermarkets and the center of Juan les Pins, no car used during the holiday week, it remained in the underground garage ( very convenient (no free parking in July in Juan !!). Nothing is missing and the apartment exactly match the photos. Spotlessly clean, the fruit basket and lots of other details were welcome when we arrived (thank you for racket beach, we had fun thinking of you). As for bedding, we have not known better, a big applause for the selection of TEMPUR mattress! The owner had thought of everything to please and the warm welcome. Also easily reachable from the first contact. This is an address that we recommend strongly. Congratulations, we hope to return as soon as possible. Do not change anything, everything is perfect! "Nous avons séjourné dans un superbe appartement très très agréable à deux pas de la plage, des petits commerces, supermarché et du centre de Juan les pins, pas de voiture utilisée durant la semaine de vacances, elle est restée dans le garage souterrain (très pratique, (pas de parking libre en juillet à Juan!!).
Rien ne manque et l'appartement correspond exactement aux photos. Une propreté irréprochable, le panier de fruits et plein d'autre détails étaient bienvenus à notre arrivée (merci pour les raquettes de plage, nous nous sommes amusées en pensant à vous). En ce qui concerne la literie, nous n'avons pas connu mieux, un grand bravo pour le choix des matelas TEMPUR !
La propriétaire avait pensé à tout pour nous satisfaire et l'accueil très chaleureux. Également joignable facilement depuis le premier contact. C'est une adresse que nous vous recommandons
vivement. Félicitations, nous espérons pouvoir y revenir le plus vite possible.
