Splendid terraced villa in a residential area surrounded by nature, a few steps from the beaches of Punta Saline.
This villa welcomes guests with a wooded garden and a large patio featuring a relaxation area with armchairs, deckchairs and a coffee table, and a dining area with table and chairs. Here a large French window leads to the open plan living area with a beautiful stone wall, decorated with design elements and furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, an ottoman, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.
The sleeping area consists of four rooms. The master bedroom, embellished by a stone wall as well, features a queen-size bed, a cabinet with doors, a closet and an access to the patio. The second and third rooms are both equipped with a queen-size bed, a closet or a clothes rack, a dresser and an access to a backyard. The last room is furnished with a bunk bed, a desk and a closet, and has access to the backyard as well. A bathroom with shower and one with bathtub complete the layout.
The villa boasts an additional outdoor area equipped with an outdoor shower, a long dining table and a fireplace.
Guests will have at their disposal amenities such as free wifi, air conditioning, heating and iron.

To accompany your meal, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, and to end it, a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle liqueur.
