Studio apartment in a small 2 storey building, with caretaker, free private parking, ski locker.
The studio was renovated in 2005. It comprises one main room with pinewood furniture and "chalet" style fabric; 4 single beds; kitchenette with grill and micro-wave oven, fridge, hotplates, toaster, coffee-maker, fondue stove; bathroom with shower; south-facing balcony with view of La Grande Motte; ski locker downstairs.
New in 2009: sofa bed for 2 people (instead of 2 single beds) !
Location du dimanche au dimanche de 2 studios mitoyens et identiques, situés à Tignes Le Lac (centre de la station, 2100m altitude), dans un quartier calme (Les Almes), au 1e étage du Chalet de la Tour, un petit immeuble de 2 étages et seulement 30 logements, entièrement rénové été 2018, avec un sympathique gardien, et une entrée sécurisée par code.
Une place de parking gratuite au pied de l'immeuble; le parking privé ferme par une barrière électronique (économie du parking obligatoire à Tignes de 99€ la semaine)
Proximité immédiate des remontées mécaniques (100m) et retour au studio "skis aux pieds"!
Très belle vue dégagée plein sud sur la station, la Tovière et la Grande Motte.
Les studios (20m²) ont été rénovés et remeublés en 2016 et 2017, sont entretenus régulièrement, et comprennent :
- une pièce principale meublée en pin ciré, jolie déco "chalet", avec 4 couchages: un canapé gigogne transformable en couchage 2 places et 2 lits superposés, 2 meubles et un placard de rangement, une table ronde et 4 chaises, une TV écran plat, lecteur DVD et WIFI gratuit.
- une entrée- kitchenette équipée (four micro-ondes/grill, frigo, 2 plaques électriques, grille-pain, cafetière, réchaud à fondue, et à raclette..)
- une salle d'eau avec douche, meuble/vasque de rangement et WC
- un beau balcon plein sud, un casier à skis (au rez de chaussée)
La location se fait du dimanche au dimanche l'hiver (pour éviter les bouchons sur la route) et du samedi au samedi pour les vacances de Noël cette année, ainsi que l'été.
La récupération des clés se fait dans un boitier à code situé à la porte d’entrée du studio.
Si le prix de la semaine est renseigné, c'est qu'au moins un des 2 studios est encore disponible
