Located on the 1st floor, accessible by a staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows:

- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV (Android 2021, Netflix, Canal+, Amazon Prime and Disney+) as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
Sleeping area:
- A spacious bedroom with a Queen-Size bed, large wardrobes and a bathroom open to the bedroom with a bathtub, a washbasin, a hairdryer and toiletries to start the stay.
- Separate toilet.

- A large balcony of approximately 8m², furnished with 3 armchairs and a sun lounger. Sunny from about 10am to 5pm, sheltered from the wind.
