We rent our T3 of 40m² tastefully decorated with a beautiful loggia in which you can enjoy the unobstructed view. You will also benefit from a large fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation is located on the second floor with elevator and has a private parking space. It is composed of a living room, a large kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a loggia. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, a combination microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and a raclette grill. This accommodation is equipped with a TV with decoder and has internet access via private WiFi, a vacuum cleaner and the necessary for cleaning.
In the heart of the city center and 100 meters from the beach, you can enjoy all the activities that Grau du Roi has to offer without taking the car. Come and discover our magnificent region and relax in this beautiful apartment.
ARRIVALS ARE BETWEEN 3 PM AND 6 PM, BEYOND A SUPPLEMENT OF 50e WILL BE INVOICED;
