In Comunidades Lusiadas Avenue, turn into rua SOL (old Eng Francisco Bivar) Edificio Varandas da Rocha, bloco 2. It is approximately 50 meters from the bus stop ands 2 km from the train station
Apartment ideal for the holidays. The back door gives direct access to Av. main beach of Praia da Rocha and with a supermarket at the door. Impeccable cleanliness, bed linen, toilet and kitchen available, as well as utensils for PA and meal preparation. The garage is an added value. I would recommend placing exterior blinds on the windows which, in addition to allowing isolation from nighttime street noise, would prevent sunlight from entering early in the morning and also prevent heat.

Limpeza impecável, têxteis de cama, WC e cozinha disponíveis, bem como utensílios para PA e preparação de refeições. A garagem é uma mais-valia.
Recomendaria a colocação de estores exteriores nas janelas que, para além de permitir o isolamento do barulho nocturno da rua, impediriam a entrada de luz solar logo pela manhã e também do calor.
The apartment is reasonably equipped as it has everything you need and is well maintained. You only need 1 dish towel because the only one that exists is all torn up and we had to buy one. It was also great if it had wireless which it doesn't. As it is a very large building with many apartments, the cleaning of the common spaces should be daily, not even weekly. The entrances, stairs and corridors are really dirty and they stayed that way all week. I emphasize, as positive aspects, the location, which is great, as it is very close to the beach, has a parking space, intermarche underneath, shops and restaurants.
0 apartamento está razoavelmente equipado pois tem o indispensável e bem conservado. Precisa só de 1 pano da loiça porque o único que existe está todo roto e tivemos que comprar um. Também era ótimo se tivesse wireless que não tem. Tratando-se de um edifício muito grande e com muitos apartamentos, a limpeza dos espaços comuns devia ser diária pois nem semanal deve ser. As entradas, escadas e corredores, estão mesmo muito sujos e assim se mantiveram a semana toda. Realço, como aspetos positivos a localização que é ótima, pois está pertissimo da praia, tem lugar de garagem, intermarché por baixo, lojas e restaurantes.

El apartamento se encuentra en una situación muy buena, con salida directamente desde el edificio a la calle principal de acceso a la playa. El apartamento además de su buena ubicación tiene todo lo necesario para poder pasar unos días de vacaciones y descanso. Cuenta con piscina, ascensores y plaza de parking en el edificio que es muy de valorar por la zona de donde se encuentra, ya que es difícil sino encontrar aparcamiento en la zona exterior.
Por otro lado la única pega que puedo poner un poco es que la cama de matrimonio tiene el colchón o el somier esta algo estropeado, ya que cuando estas tumbado parece que te caes hasta el centro de la cama.
Por lo demás solo decir que es estupendo y que si vuelvo a la zona, volveré a contactar con la propietaria para volverlo a alquilar.
