To rent in ESPICHE-LAGOS (Algarve/Portugal) in a large Quinta built on more than 10,000 m2 of green space in a quiet area, 3 apartments including this one of 57 m2. It is located 2.5 km from the beach of LUZ (PRAIA DA LUZ).
It consists of a large living room (30m2) equipped with an open-plan kitchen, a large table and chairs for 6 people. The living room is equipped with a coffee table, a convertible sofa bed for 2 people. It overlooks the large private terrace facing south. YoThere are 2 bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed and the other with a 140cm bed) and a bathroom with toilet.
It sleeps 6 people maximum.
At the back of the house you will find a large shared swimming pool (10.40 mx4.60 m) which is at your disposal with numerous deckchairs, parasols and a solar shower.

Il est composé d'une grande pièce à vivre (30m2) équipée d'une cuisine américaine, d'une grande table et des chaises pour 6 personnes. Le salon est équipé d'une table basse, d'un canapé transformable en lit pour 2 couchages. Il donne sur la grande terrasse privative exposée plein sud. Vous disposez de 2 chambres (une avec un lit de 160 cm et l'autre avec un lit de 140cm) et d'une salle d'eau avec wc.
La capacité d'accueil est de 6 personnes maximum.
A l'arrière de la maison vous trouverez la grande piscine partagée (10.40 m x4.60 m) qui est a votre disposition avec de nombreux transats, parasols et une douche solaire.

Getting there
Coming from FARO, take the direction to LAGOS via the A22.
Leave the highway at exit 1 towards VILLA DO BISPO.
Follow this direction until the 1st roundabout after the motorway exit and take the 1st road on the right.
Continue straight on until the campsite traffic light. Go past 2 successive roundabouts and after the 2nd roundabout take the first small path on your right (80 meters). Carry on 50 meters and...WELCOME TO QUINTA CERRO DOS MERCADORES
