This charming townhouse offers the ultimate base for your holiday. The apartment is situated only 350 metres from Carvoeiro town centre with its many shops, bars, restaurants and golden sand beach. It's situated on a small holiday complex, very popular with families. There is a communal pool with poolside snack bar. However the pièce de résistance is the new private, roof terrace with it stunning sea views. A superb spot where you while away the hours relaxing.

There is air conditioning throughout and the house has free Wi-Fi, cable channels and a flat screen TV.

A cot and high chair are available on request.

Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town. From Carvoeiro beach run regular boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area. There is a scuba diving centre nearby, kayaking, pedaloes and much more. Carvoeiro also hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom resides on the first floor and has a large double bed and patio doors opening onto a terrace with stairs leading up to the roof terrace with its breathtaking panoramic sea views. There is an attached ensuite bathroom comprising of his and hers vanity unit, WC, bidet and walk in shower. The second bedroom is a twin room on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is a second bathroom with vanity unit, WC, bidet and walk in shower. There is an open plan living/dining area also on this level which opens onto a lawned area dressed with sunbeds and umbrella. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you need and door opening onto a terrace with table and chairs.

Guests will have the sole use of the house and shared use of the communal pool.

Inside the house is an information book with emergency contact numbers and useful information about the house and the local area. Guests are also provided with a 24h contact number so they can contact the property manager in the event of a problem or with regards to any questions pertaining to the house.

There are various amenities within walking distance however buses are available for those looking to travel further afield. Local taxi firm numbers are provided in the house information book.

Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
