The spacious, open plan kitchen is furnished with a cosy sofa bed for one, a dining area and the kitchen unit with a gas stove, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker. The cupboard is stocked with dishes, glassware and cutlery. Upon request, a baby bath tub and a child's cot can be provided. The house has Wi-Fi, satellite television (national and international channels), electric heating, a wood oven and a fireplace. It is comfortably warm in the winter and refreshingly cool in the summer.
A bus stop, servicing the beach, is close by. Restaurants, cafes, shops and ATMs can be found close by as well. It is 15 kilometres to both Gaia and Porto.
