It has a living room with sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), a fireplace and a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle. Outside there is a terrace with a dining area and outdoor furniture, a garden, a swimming pool and a barbecue. It also has internet (wifi), washing machine, hair dryer and iron. It is located on the seafront, 500m from the centre of Ribamar, a very well-known area for its excellent restaurants, especially seafood restaurants, and where you can also find various other commercial offerings such as: pharmacy, supermarket, barbecue, café, etc. The Coxos beach is 700m away, the São Lourenço beach is 1.5km away, the Ribeira d'Ilhas beach is 2km away and the centre of Ericeira is 5 km away. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays of more than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €200/month. Whenever the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is changed annually by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the values presented may occur.
